1. Scope & Eligibility
Return/exchange requests must be made within [7 / 15] days of delivery (choose a period).
- We have 7 day replacement and exchange policy; if the replacement and exchange is accepted, the product will be delivered within 5 days
Products must be unused, in original condition, with tags, packaging, and all accessories.
Custom / personalized / made-to-order items are non-returnable/non-exchangeable (unless defective).
2. Initiating a Return / Exchange
Contact our customer support at [info@eigsdesignerjewellery.com] with order number, reason, and photos/videos (especially for damage claims).
We may provide a pre-paid return shipping label or instructions to ship back at your cost (unless the return is due to our error).
Package must be sealed securely; unboxed or damaged returns may be rejected.
3. Inspections & Approval
After receiving the return item, we inspect it.
If the item meets conditions, we approve the return or exchange.
If not, we may refuse or partially refund based on the condition.
4. Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (or store credit) within 5–7 business days after approval.
Shipping and processing charges are generally non-refundable (unless return is due to our error).
For COD orders, refunds may be via bank transfer or store credit (as applicable).

Earrings or jewellery for hygiene reasons (unless defective).
