1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (unless custom or pre-order items).
Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email and tracking details.
2. Domestic Shipping (within India)
We ship via trusted courier services.
Shipping charges depend on location and order value (or may be free above certain cart value).
Typical delivery time: 3–7 business days (may vary by region).
In remote or hilly areas, delivery may take additional time.
3. International Shipping (if applicable)
We ship to select countries outside India (if you offer that).
International shipping rates, customs, duties, taxes are borne by the customer.
Delivery time: varies by destination and customs clearance.
4. Tracking & Updates
Once shipped, we share tracking number via email/SMS.
You can track via the courier’s site or via our order tracking page.
5. Undelivered / Incorrect Address
If the delivery fails due to wrong address, incomplete address, or refusal to accept, the customer may be liable for re-shipping fees.
Please ensure your address is correct when placing the order.
6. Lost or Damaged in Transit
Report any damaged or missing shipments within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/unboxing video.
We will coordinate with the courier and arrange replacement or refund (as per our Returns & Refund Policy).
